Here is some useful info to the questions you can ask yourself:
– How can I access the Hospital Pomorzany?
The apartments are in the centre of Szczecin and are 50-200 m away from the tram stations. From there, 3 tram lines (4/11/12) directly service the Pomorzany Hospital in 10 min. The frequency of trams is about every 3 min during the day and every 10 min in the evening.

– Why are the administration fees so cheap compared to other apartments?
In fact, it’s actually the opposite: these charges are normal.
The fees correspond exactly to the real costs as charged by the administration of the building and cover water, used water, garbage, lighting of common areas, cleaning, etc.
– Why do I have to pay two months deposit and what does it cover?
Some landlords only ask for one month, but their flats are not furnished and equipped to the same standard: every flat here comes with a full set of quality appliances and furniture (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, sofa bed…).
The deposit covers all possible damage that might occur during the rental. In summary, if the TV doesn’t work, it will be repaired for you. However, if it receives a few hammer blows, that’s where the deposit comes in.
If all goes well and there is no damage your deposit is given back to you at the end of the rental.
– How can I make the contracts with Electricity / Gas / Water / Internet companies?
You don’t have to worry about this, it has already been done for each apartment. You will be given the invoices every time. Like this, you will be sure that what you pay is what you’ve used.
– Where can I find all the user manuals for all the appliances?
All the user manuals, in all the available languages, are on this page (a password will be given to you when you move in).
– How does booking work?
Everything can be done remotely! Write to us through the contact form and we reply within a few hours. If the flat suits you, we send you the lease by email and you sign it electronically.
– Can I visit before signing?
Most of our tenants are abroad when they book: on request, we send you a complete video of the flat.
– Can I rent for less than a year, for example for an Erasmus semester?
Leases run for one year, from September to September. Tenants who wish to stay have priority to renew for the following year.
– How do I pay the rent?
Every month, by bank transfer in zloty (PLN) or in euros (EUR); PayPal is also accepted. Each month you receive the amount to pay: rent, administration fees, and gas/electricity based on the actual meter readings.
– What is provided, and what should I bring?
The flat is fully furnished and equipped: kitchen, crockery, washing machine, TV, internet. Bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are not provided, for hygiene reasons.
– How does the arrival work?
We welcome you on site to hand over the keys and do the check-in inventory together. If needed, we also fill in the temporary residence registration form (meldunek) with you.
– When is the deposit returned?
At the end of the lease, after the check-out inventory, within 7 days, provided there is no damage.
– Is there a bike storage room?
Yes, for flats #22, #8a and #8e: a locked room in the basement, optional, for 50 zl / month.
– Are pets and smoking allowed?
No: all the flats are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
– Who do I contact if something breaks down?
